What does Relaxicon Cost?

These fees include your Registration for the Con, access to Fabulous Games and Events, Social Times, and limited Snacks/Drinks throughout the weekend.  Registration for the Con is required for all participants (even if not playing games.)

Why is the price higher than it used to be?  

​

Sadly, we can no longer charge the amazing cheap rate we used to, as we are now paying for the Meeting Room use.   We hope you'll still come and join us, and hope you'll find the weekend a bargain still (think about what you pay for an Escape Room or even Cinema Ticket these days, for just a few hours of entertainment.)  

​

We fully understand, however, that costs are an issue. 
So, what discounts can we offer?

​

1) Pay early!  It's cheaper. Much cheaper.

 

2) GMs of all games and events will receive discounts toward future Relaxicon conventions.  We know running games costs you both time and money, and we value your contribution to these fabulous weekends.  We won't be able to quote a number until we see how the books work out from this year, but hopefully that helps.  (yes, this starts this year - games from last year, sadly, don't count)

​

3)  We need your help!  We have a limited budget to cover half or all of a few Registrations for folks who lend us a helping hand (or, preferably, two).  We need help bringing things to/from the site, setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up between events.  You can register your interest in a discounted helper rate when you fill out your Registration Form.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel?

​

1) All Registrations include a $20 non-refundable deposit.

​

2) Refunds of your balance will be happily refunded through March 31st. 

 

3) Cancellations beyond this date will only be refunded if the final budget allows. 

No-shows without communication will not be issued a refund.
