Welcome to the Schedule of Games

for Relaxicon 2019!

Below you will find a full list of games for the entire weekend.  Game descriptions can be found, arranged by time slot,
by clicking on the links below or following the menu above.  

Friday night at 7pm - Opening Ceremony

​

Please join us to say hello, to welcome new players,
to hear announcements about the hotel, game spaces, and what's new for 2019.


There will also be news about Special Events and Games looking for Players,

and a formal introduction to the newest Wilmark Dynasty committe members.

So, do please come and join us!

Friday Night  8pm-12/mid

Following the games on Friday evening,

the Lower Ballroom will be open for socializing
from 12-midnight until 4am.  Please join us there.

Saturday Afternoon  3-7pm

Following the games on Saturday Afternoon,

there will be a dinner break from 7 until 9pm.

Game Space will be available for pick-up games.

Saturday Morning  10am - 1pm

there will be a lunch break from 1-3pm.

Game Space will be available for pick-up games,
but there are no events scheduled during this break.

Sunday Afternoon  11am - 3pm

Sunday Afternoon 3:30pm - Closing Ceremony

Please join us once more to say goodbye, to welcome new players,
to hear any announcements about Relaxicon 2019 and Relaxicon 2020.


There will also be Shameless Plugs, Announcements about Labor Day Weekend,
 the close of special events (rumor has it there may be a raffle, TBA),
Thank Yous, and one more formal introduction to the newest Wilmark Dynasty committe members.  So, do please come and join us!

At the end of the Closing Ceremony we will do a general clean-up of all Game Spaces, and would appreciate your help packing bins and cars.

​

 

Post Con:

For anyone who sticks around there will be general chatter, dinner,
 and games throughout the evening.  

Saturday Evening  9pm - 12/mid

The main event of the evening is Amateur Night at the Styx,
join us to perform, be an audience member, or both!

Both RPGs below begin at 8pm:

Following the events on Saturday Evening,

the Lower Ballroom will be open for Socializing until 4am. 
Please join us there for the Sing-a-long commencing at 12/midnight,
for Amazing Grace and hugs at 1:30am, or just to visit!
