How do I Participate?

 

In order to come and play, GM, or just relax - you'll need to fulfill a couple quick steps.  Some take more time than others, but they're all equally important to the success of not just your weekend, but to the group as a whole and the sanity of the GMs and Production Team.  So, please, be thorough.

1) Register! 
Tell us you're coming.  This is super-important to help us plan how many games we'll need.

2) Pay us money. 

Your fees go towards rental of the meeting space, and some snacks/drinks available throughout the weekend.  We also have some annual upkeep costs like our storage bin for props, and some money goes towards free registrations for the Production Team & Helpers.

3) Fill out your Hotel Booking Form.

So - unlike in the past - we'll be sending in one big group hotel registration to help keep costs down and to help prevent frustration and errors.  If you plan to stay at the hotel - please fill out this form.  If you don't know your plans yet - fill it out anyway (there's an option for this) and we'll check in with you closer to date.

4) Sign up to Play Games.  

We know, we know, it's Relaxicon.. But, planning in advance is everybody's friend.  It helps you to know what you'll be doing, and it helps GMs know they'll have players (which they really appreciate).  Sure, you can just show up if you want to - but, if you can, take a look at the schedule and sign up in advance, please.
