Camelot Court of Love:

Let Chivalry Reign!

 

A light-hearted LARP about the foibles and court politics of the Ladies & Knights of King Arthur’s fabled Camelot. 

Court proceedings may culminate in a jousting tournament.

 

This is a prequel to the Camelot Court of Love LARPs created by John & Mica Corradin.

This is a costumed event, any Renaissance costuming appropriate.  We will help anyone who needs costuming if we know in advance.  This is family-friendly event, some romance but no dark themes.  Newcomers or beginners welcome .

DOUBT

 

Doubt is a jeepform LARP with two parallel stories – that of a real-life couple who are involved in a play.  Both the play and their real lives carry echoes of each other – What could be, what should be, what is.

The four players play the real-life couple, and their characters in the play, as well as a number of assorted NPCs along the way.

​

A serious story of love.  About how one glance can stop time.  About daring to love and daring to move on. 

Doubt is two stories about each other.  A life and a play.  Tom and Julia love each other.  Both on stage and off stage. Doubt is about temptation, the importance to love and be loved.  About constant choosing.  About living with one person, and at the same time dreaming about others.

​

In Doubt, the players are responsible for the story.  Decide the fate of Tom and Julia.  Play the play to its final act.  Two players play Tom and two play Julia.  And extras.  And lovers. 

​

Mission for the Gold Queen of Dunne and Mordor

​

You are the followers of the King of Dunne, Israel and Mordor, Marvin the 1st.   Yes, in the First Installment, Marvin was the Duke of Dunne.  He is now King with a Queen from each Kingdom.  It is good to be the King.  The bloody wars are over and the King rules all for the good of everyone and in peace.

​

However, since you were last called to duty things have changed again.  The First Queen (Good Queen Anna) and the middle Prince (Prince Ralph age 7) have been murdered.  The chief Judgice Father Thaddeus has lead several parties to hunt down the villainous Pauline of the Plains.  As part of this mission (which failed), it was discovered that across the great sea to the east there are Kingdoms.  Prince Marvin II has been sent t make treaties with the good Kingdom of Helm.  But Helm has commented that there are other Dangerous Kingdoms further to the East.

​

Queen Wilhelmina of the Gold who is the third wife of Marvin has convinced the King to help protect the Kingdom by finding out who is out there.  Now it is time for the adventurers to be called by the King.  As his loyal followers what other choice is there?  You must go if he asks.

​

The King’s spymaster Baron Thomas have summoned you all to keep the King’s promise.  You will take ship across the great lake aboard Queen Maria’s Lake ship the “Edmond Fitzgerald”.  Then you will travel on the great road to the Capitol of Mordor Davisville.  From there you will take a warship from the King’s new Navy to cross the ocean and find these Kingdoms to the east.  What will you meet?  What Monsters will you encounter?  What about the peoples of the East, do they pose a threat to the three Kingdoms?  What about the murder of the Queen, the King has offered a 100,000 GP for this Pauline of the plans dead or alive.  Is she hiding in the east somewhere? 

​

Baron Thomas warned you to keep your eyes and ears open, there could be treason afoot.

GOLDEN TEMPLARS ISSUE 4: 
SECRETS OF THE TABLETS PART 1

System:  Table-Top RPG, Cypher System

 

Amongst the Templars there was a small group of blessed warriors who would receive Holy Communion from the Holy Grail.  This granted them powers beyond normal men and women.  Together they helped protect Jerusalem and many pilgrims.

​

Recently, a mysterious tablet was taken by the Golden Templars after a fierce fight with a local gang known as the Djinn.  What mysteries does this table hold and might there be more?
