1840 Walter's wife dies; Boone begins to work at Silverwood Ranch.
1847 Marian leaves Watling to move East;
Dolly moves to Watling, starts building the Silver Steer Saloon.
1848 Preacher returns from The Wars (discoves Eleanor has jilted him).
1852 Kane become the Third Mayor of Watling.
1853 Jimmy arrives in Watling as its new Sheriff.
1854 Flynn arrives in Watling;
Pearl arrives later the same year.
1855 (April) Richard & Casey arrive, Richard & Dolly flirt in the saloon.
1855 (June) Richard & Casey depart;
Flynn & Annie begin to date.
1855 (Nov) Doc & Dolly's Wedding!
1856 (Summer) Preacher & Pearl begin courting
1857 (Spring) Richard & Casey return, Casey is treated by Doc & Ellen;
Richard begins to court Josephine.
1857 (Summer) Preacher & Pearl part amicably.
1857 (Late) Flynn departs Watling (breaking it off with Annie).
1857 (Christmas) Pearl & Casey kiss in the saloon, and get together soon after;
Richard breaks it off with Josephine and leaves for California.
1858 (Feb) Pearl & Casey part amicably.
1858 (April) Richard returns from California, he and Josephine get engaged.
1858 (end of Spring) Casey's house is finished, he and Richard move into it.
1858 (June) Boone & Pearl begin courting.
1858 (Nov) Richard & Josephine throw an Anniversary Party for Doc & Dolly.
1858 (Dec) Pearl & Boone get engaged.
1859 (Jan) Walter is murdered; Boone skips town.
1859 (Feb) Boone is spotted living with the cowboys.
1859 (April 2nd) Richard & Josephine's original wedding date.
1859 (May) Annie & Sheriff Jimmy begin to see each other.
1859 (July) Pearl & Casey get back together.
1859 (Aug) Silverwood Ranch burns.
1860 (Jan) One Month Ago: The Raid, followed by the death of Doc Samuel.
Three Weeks Ago: Services for Doc.
Two Weeks Ago: Flynn returns to Watling;
The Town's 50th Anniversary Celebration;
Marian arrives in Watling.
1860 (Feb) Act One begins.
